Why is it free?
Why not? We used to sell CD-ROMs on eBay.
Now, thank Goddess, we have come into a little bit of money through
other means and don't need to sell it all that often. Mostly we
just love hearing from people who have received the CD-ROMs and
felt that it was just what they needed. We feel that makes it more
than worthwhile.
Top
Are there any costs
involved?
We do charge shipping and handling. This helps
to offset the cost of producing the CD-ROM and pays for postal delivery.
We tried to find a CD-ROM manufacturer who would make copies as
a dontation but they all had families to feed. And we didn't even
want to approach the U.S. Post Office and try to get free shipping.
Somehow we didn't think they'd give it to us.

How much is shipping
and handling?
The shipping fee is $5.95 for orders within
the United States, and $8.95 for International Orders. We really
hate to charge you this, but if we didn't, we would all be destitute
very quickly as we are surprised at the amount of interest these
CD-ROMs have created. There are no other costs associated with the
CD-ROM.

Can I combine shipping
for multiple CDs?
Unfortunately, no. The shipping costs are
$5.95 for U.S. orders and $8.95 for International Orders
for each CD that you order.
We really hate to charge you this, but the shipping and handling
fee actually goes towards the postage and the making of the CD itself.
We simply can't afford to give them out unless you help to offset
the cost of producing them.

How do I send you the
shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling helps to relieve the burden
on us. So, to help you with the burden of sending shipping costs,
we have set up a system where you can use your credit card to make
the shipping payment. We use PayPal.com to accept most major credit
cards. It's simple, fast, and secure. To pay by credit card, add items to
your cart and click "Checkout".
Top
Do you accept bank
transfers for the shipping and handling?
No. Unfortunately, we do not have any way
of accepting bank transfers set up. However, PayPal.com, the service
we use to accept credit cards, allows you to send money from your
bank if you add it to your account.

What is the normal
value of these CD-ROMs?
We don't know exactly. We did have one distributor
contact us, however, and offer to sell the CD-ROMs for us at $59.95
per copy. We turned him down for the simple fact that we don't need
the money and believe that we are offering a much needed service.
This is our way of honoring spirit.

How long does it
take to receive my CD-ROM?
The time it takes to process your order and
ship out your order varies depending upon many factors such as how
many orders we have to process. We are a small group of people who
volunteer our time to Sapphire, the originator of the CDs, and for
that reason it may take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks.
Top
What if my country
is not listed on the order page?
Unfortunately, we are only able to process
credit card orders from certain countries.
Top
Can I just download
it?
We actually looked into this method of distribution
when Sapphire wanted to distribute the CDs. Unfortunately, the file
size is much too large for the connection speed of most people.
Also, most hosting companies charge for file space as well as file
transfer amounts. The information is much too large for a normal
hosting account and beyond our means to afford the file transfer
charges due to the large file size.

Is there Tech Support
available?
Certainly. We can help you with most problems
directly through email. We have tested the CD-ROM on many different
computers and operating systems and most problems can be solved without
too much hassle. Simply contact our support
department and we'll do our best to help you solve whatever problem
you are having with the CD-ROM.

What if my CD-ROM
is defective?
If your CD-ROM is defective or damaged in
any way, please contact us. We would be
happy to help you get it up and running, replace it, or refund you
your shipping cost. We handle complaints on a case by case basis
and would be happy to assist you in any problems you may encounter.

Is there a MAC version
available?
Not at present. We are currently working on
a version that will work with a Macintosh operating system, but
it is still very much in develomental stages.
Top
Is it Windows XP compatible?
Yes. The CD-ROM has been tested on and works
great with the Windows XP operating system. If you discover any
bugs, please report them here.
Top
Is it Windows Vista compatible?
Yes. The CD-ROM has been tested on and works
great with the Windows Vista operating system. If you discover any
bugs, please report them here.
Top
Is there a print version
available?
While the CD-ROM itself has printing options
built into its software, there is no actual print version of the
information available at present and we really don't have plans
to make one. If however there is a substantial amount of people
who would like to see a print version developed, we might be inclined
to make this available in the future.

Where can I find
testimonials?
We sometimes sell the CD-ROMs on eBay. A good
